The 36-credit program is typically completed in four to six semesters. It includes seven core courses and five electives, ranging in topics from social psychology and theories of leadership to organizational behavior and motivation. We also offer two Organization Development (OD) classes for students interested in studying companies on the macro level. When you finish the coursework you will be competent in these areas:
- Data collection and analysis
- Ethical practice and learning in the workplace
- Core industrial-organizational domains
- Academic development
- Professional development
The curriculum culminates with a 240-hour capstone internship where students put into practice what they've learned in the classroom.
Program is available on-campus or fully online. On-campus classes are offered on weekday evenings to accommodate working professionals.
