    Biography

    In addition to being an adjunct faculty member at Touro College, Aditi Rabindra Sachdev works with the Corporate Talent Management and Organization Development team at PepsiCo, Inc. She manages various projects that support leadership development and learning and development globally. She also works with business clients on ad hoc projects involving survey validation, new leadership assimilation, and so on. She completed her Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, New York.
