Exceptional: Our MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program is one of the few CACREP-accredited programs in the NY Metro area. CACREP accreditation provides recognition that the content and quality of the program has been evaluated and meets standards set by the profession.
Comprehensive: Our curriculum focuses on successful organizational change and performance; you’ll apply the ideas and techniques you’re learning by completing projects based on these principles.
Relevant: 700-hours of clinical fieldwork experience - 100-hours in-practicum placement and 600-hours of Internship, all enabled and supported by our a dedicated Fieldwork Coordinator.
Connected: We have numerous affiliations with outpatient clinics, hospital settings, substance abuse treatment facilities, in forensic settings, and more. Many of our students are hired after graduation by their fieldwork sites.
