Simeon Biltman

Dr. Simeon Blitman is a recognized expert in the care of the professional voice and received his Ph.D. in speech-language pathology from Columbia University. He was a research associate at the Grabscheid Voice and Swallowing Center at Mount Sinai Hospital and has granted a wish for the “Make-A-Wish” foundation. Dr. Blitman is currently the director of Blitman Speech-Language Pathology Services whose clientele include recording artists, broadcasters and actors. He has evaluated and treated many children and adult voice, articulation, swallowing, fluency, language, cleft palate, and neurogenic based disorders. In addition to speech and voice therapy, Dr. Blitman has coached many national and international singers and actors in voice and accent modification. Dr. Blitman is currently an adjunct professor in the graduate program in speech language pathology at Touro University. Dr. Blitman has been involved with research and has lectured in several states in the area of communication disorders. He has been an adjunct lecturer at Brooklyn College for over fourteen years and has also lectured at Teachers College Columbia University.
