Mental Health Provider (Telehealth) – Multiple Openings

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Providers to deliver telehealth counseling and behavioral health services to a diverse client population. Candidates must possess the appropriate professional credentials, maintain ethical clinical standards, and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one or more of the following credentials:

• CMHC (Clinical Mental Health Counselor)
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• NCC (National Certified Counselor)
• CCMHC (Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor)
• CAC (Certified Addiction Counselor)
• Equivalent state-recognized mental health counseling credentials

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional clinical experience after graduation and
  licensure/certification

• Experience providing individual, family, couples, or addiction counseling

• Prior telehealth experience preferred

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide counseling and psychotherapy services via telehealth

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as needed

• Adhere to all state, federal, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted professional license and/or certification

• Clean criminal background check

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and private workspace

• Professional liability insurance (if required by state regulations)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state licensure

• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and
  related conditions
