Salary: $50 - $65 per hour

  • 25-bed NICU – and greater than 6,000 babies delivered/year
  • 45 ICU beds / and a newly renovated Step-Down ICU

Patients: OT treats Ortho, Neuro, post-surgical, trauma, cardio, stroke, & more

Compensation:

  • $50 to $65 per /hour (New Graduates earn $104,000 Annually)
  • Relocation Assistance: $7,500
  • SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000
  • Education Loan Reimbursement: $20,000
  • Plus, we are an eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
  • Onsite Interview Expenses paid; flight, car, hotel

On weekends: option to earn Overtime (time and ½) working at our Inpatient Rehab Hospital. On weekends: $5 hourly differential on top of Overtime (time and ½).

Mentorship: A new graduate will shadow and have a Preceptor for 4 weeks 

Location: Northern part of California, where there is a reasonable cost of living, but you would be paid at California rates, which are higher than others.
