OT will treat primarily Neuro patients with a mix of Ortho.

License can be obtained after offer is presented.

Compensation:

  • Salary range $90,000-$126,000 annually / New graduates start at $90,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and functional abilities to inform individualized treatment plans
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-care tasks
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans aligned with patient goals and medical requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, speech therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and update care plans regularly
  • Support patients’ rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises grounded in physiology knowledge and medical terminology

Location: Arizona or Texas
