Occupational Therapist – to treat primarily Neuro patients

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team at a reputable hospital which has won awards and recognitions, such as Most Trusted, Most Admired, Most Honored, and Best Place to Work.

OT will treat primarily Neuro patients with a mix of Ortho.

License can be obtained after offer is presented.

Compensation:

• Salary range $90,000-$126,000 annually / New graduates start at $90,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and functional abilities to inform individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-care tasks
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans aligned with patient goals and medical requirements
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, speech therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and update care plans regularly
• Support patients’ rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises grounded in physiology knowledge and medical terminology
