Kathleen Quinn is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and NYS licensed behavior analyst (LBA). She provides technical assistance and training to families, adult service agencies and school districts as they include individuals with developmental disabilities within their communities. She has developed post-secondary educational programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Since pursuing her doctorate in education, her research focus includes expanding the practice of inclusion from early intervention through adulthood. As the founder of a not-for-profit foundation, she presents best practices and research-based evidence on applied behavior analysis with the focus of inclusion.
