Focus Area/Interests

Research Interest: Various forms of physical activity that reduce anxiety and stress, eating disorders and athletics, and impact modern technology/social media has on adolescents’ and young adults’ mental health.  

Clinical Interest: Similarly to my research interests, helping adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Furthermore, contributing to prevention opportunities for adolescents who may not have these specific disorders but are at risk.
