Focus Area/Interests

esearch Interest:

I am interested in increasing accessibility for clinical and neurocognitive assessments for children, and advancing the existing measures and assessments where there are deficits. I am currently passionate about early detection and intervention for children who are clinically high risk (CHR) for psychosis. I also am interested in exploring the nuances of early detection and intervention for eating disorders as well.

Clinical Interest:

I know from experience that I enjoy working with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and psychosis; however, I could very well see myself working with children who struggle with various other disorders as well.

What do you do for self-care?

I am Sabbath observant so for 25 hours every week on Saturday I do not use any technology whatsoever, and will often use this time to go on walks with my family, read, and sleep. This is not for the intention of self-care, but I’ve found is inadvertently the best routine for stress management. During the week, I like watching the Office on repeat to decompress.
