Elizabeth Stolarz Filipowicz obtained her MD degree from Xavier University School of Medicine.  She has many years of experience in teaching basic science courses including molecular chemistry, pathology and physiology.  In addition to her academic roles, she served in the U.S. Army Reserves as an Officer in the Medical Service Corp developing critical leadership skills.
