Aditi R. Sachdev, PhD is an Employee Experience and Analytics Manager at PIMCO, where she is responsible for employee engagement strategy. She has previously worked in the employee experience space where she has supported data-driven employee engagement strategy building and leadership enablement. Dr. Sachdev has more than 9 years of experience in designing survey and research, data analyses, and organizational research. She has published various peer reviewed articles and book chapter. Her areas of research interest include diversity and inclusion, specifically on experiences of women and immigrants. Dr. Sachdev earned her doctorate degree in Applied Organizational Psychology and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. She earned her BSc in Psychology from Sunway University, Malaysia.
