Gary is a manual therapist and is a certified Functional Manual Therapist and Orthopedic Manual Therapist.  He’s taken many course in High Velocity with Maitland, Dr. Carle Steel from the University of Michigan, Dr. Daryl Herbert and Dr. Laurie Hartman at the British School of Osteopathy.   

Dr. Welch has taught advanced orthopedics of the spine at Stony Brook’s transitional doctorate program for seven years and at Touro College for the past seven years.
