Device Requirements

All incoming students are required to have a personal computer for daily instructional and testing purposes. If the device becomes inoperable, a replacement will be required immediately.

Students will provide information on one of the devices listed and/or a device that meets the specifications listed below prior to entering the program. All students must send the name of their device prior to beginning of the program for specification verification to their program coordinator.

Recommended Devices**:

Dell Models: XPS, Inspiron, Latitide, G3, G5,

HP Models: Spectre, Envy, Pavilion, Stream, Zbook

Lenovo Models: Yoga, Ideapas 120, V110, ThinkPad

Surface Pro: Model 5 and 6

  • Minimum of 5th Generation Intel Core™ i3 Processor or better
  • Operation System: Windows 10
  • 6GB Memory or better
  • 256 GB Hard Drive for better
  • Recommended 14.0-inch HD Display or better

MAC requirements

  • Minimum of 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz or better
  • Operation System: Mac
  • 6GB Memory or better
  • 256 GB Hard Drive for better
  • Recommended 14.0-inch HD Display or better
